Farmhouse & modern with elegant touches are words that come to mind to describe this gorgeous venue. Tall ceilings, natural, elegant, contemporary with an ambience of rustic indoor & outdoor facilities.

LOCATION:
It is a venue that is located very close to Lake Norman, a 10 minute drive to I77. Convenient to hotels, restaurants, and other accommodations in the Mooresville & Charlotte area. It is a secluded location which creates an intimate and private setting for your event with all the modern conveniences.

FEATURES:
The Barn: A 8200 sq. ft temperature-controlled & indoor space with tall ceilings and a modern, contemporary & light architecture; accommodates up to 300 guests. It boasts white ceiling trusses, stained concrete floors, beautiful French inspired chandeliers, and a large herringbone white brick fireplace for ambiance.
Outdoor Spaces: A covered space called "The Gathering Place" offers a great option for your Ceremony or Cocktail Hour with a natural backdrop and inspiring views. There is ample space for 300+ chairs and additional cocktail tables.
Catering Prep Kitchen, 2 private suites, a permanent bar area & a mobile bar as well.

UNIQUE FEATURES:
It is an amazing combination of modern conveniences and a natural setting. Elegant & contemporary with the option to have an outdoor ceremony (with a covered pavilion, just in case of inclement weather). Plenty of parking space and also many photo opportunities that include a mini zoo.
